Download Remote Support For Windows PCs · On a Mac? See Mac instructions below
Heads up: Windows may show a blue screen that says "Windows protected your PC." That's normal for small support tools. Click More info, then Run anyway.
1

Download

Click the green button above. Don't rename the file.

2

Open it

Double-click the downloaded file. If Windows asks, click More info → Run anyway.

3

Read us your ID and password

Tell your technician the ID and one-time password shown on screen, then click Accept when the connection request pops up.

4

All done?

Just close the window. Nothing stays connected and your technician can't get back in without a new password.

Using a Mac?

Not sure which one? Click the Apple menu → About This Mac. If it says Apple M1, M2, M3 or M4, pick Apple chip. If it says Intel, pick Intel.

Heads up: Your Mac will ask for permission to let RustDesk record your screen and control your computer. That's normal and required so your technician can see and help. You can turn it off anytime afterward.
